TLEA is welcoming applications for a full time Procurement Manager to join our team working at our Kwinana plant.

The successful applicant will be responsible for guiding procurement activities across operations and capital projects, developing thoughtful strategies that support our sustainability goals, enhance value, and build resilient, ethical supply chains.

You’ll be partnering closely with the business—so we’re looking for someone who truly understands customer delivery, listens actively to stakeholder needs, and finds smart, practical ways to meet those needs without compromising on commercial value or corporate governance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of procurement professionals to drive performance and growth.
  • Oversee procurement activities for operations and capital works, ensuring efficiency, compliance and value delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts that deliver value for money.
  • Manage supplier performance and foster mutually beneficial relationships to ensure operational continuity and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs.
  • Champion sustainability and diversity initiatives across the supply chain. 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

  • Extensive experience in procurement, ideally in industrial, manufacturing or mining sectors.
  • Experience in project procurement or capital works.
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and procurement analytics platforms.

LOCATION

TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.

Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
