ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact?

TLEA is currently inviting applications for a full-time IT Support Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is based at our Kwinana plant, operating on a Monday to Friday roster, with occasional work at our Perth CBD office. Shifts alternate weekly between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Additionally, an after-hours allowance is provided for participating in our on-call weekend support rotation, which occurs once every three weeks.

Reporting directly to the Senior Support Officer – IT, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering front-line technical support to all staff through various Helpdesk channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance.

We’re looking for someone who not only embodies our core values—distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity, and innovation—but also approaches problem-solving with initiative and a proactive mindset. To thrive in this role, you’ll need prior experience in a similar IT support position, along with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Just as important is your ability to empathise with users, offering guidance and reassurance with patience and a positive attitude as you help resolve their technical issues.
