ABOUT THE POSITION

TLEA is welcoming applications for a full-time Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join the team at our Kwinana plant.

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely carrying out all warehouse activities to support the ongoing operations and maintenance of the Kwinana lithium hydroxide processing plant.

In addition to demonstrating our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity and innovation, this position will suit an individual with experience in stores and warehousing, as well as brownfields operations and environments.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all activities are carried out in safe and effective work environment, with a genuine focus on housekeeping and continuous improvement.  
  • Actively participate in and/ or conduct Equipment Prestart Checklists, OHS@E Manual Handling / Dangerous and Hazardous Goods / and Forklift Refresher Training. Attend any relevant Safety, Environment, Committee or Team meetings. 
  • Ensure all Hazardous and Dangerous Goods are stored in compliance with the associated Standards and Legislation. 
  • Actively report all risks, near misses, and OHS@E incidents, to the Warehouse Supervisor, and help identify solutions to OHS@E concerns or improvements.  
  • Participate in regular team meetings and Toolbox talks to ensure quality communication and team alignment on all activities. 
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries and load restraints comply with our Duty of Care and Chain of Responsibility legislation, and report any non-compliance to the Warehouse Supervisor. 
  • Unload and load all delivery vehicles, and receive and maintain accurate inventory records and transactions. 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

  • A current driver’s license 
  • Extensive experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role 
  • LF high risk licence - Forklift 
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and or other warehouse management systems 
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or mining environments

LOCATION

TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.

Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
