What You'll Do:
•    Scope, and plan, weekly, shutdown maintenance jobs using SAP to keep our operations running smoothly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
•    Integrate preventative maintenance into the operation schedule.
•    Conduct resource planning.
•    Obtain required resources.
•    Update work and asset records
•    Identify unplanned maintenance requirements.
•    Plan preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities with the production plan.
•    Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve the performance of maintenance activities and equipment.
•    Assisting with SAP master data updates.
•    Liaising directly with vendors and service providers.
•    Strong commitment to work safely and comply with all site safety standards. 
•    Develop and implement safe systems, standards, and procedures for the LiOH refinery.
•    Zero LTIs.
•    Ensure operations are effectively scheduled using production and maintenance plans.
•    Achieve operational readiness targets

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
•    Trade/Engineering qualifications in Mechanical or similar essential. 
•    3+ years’ experience in base metal/ore refineries in a maintenance capacity.
•    SAP GUI/Fiori in plant maintenance experience will be essential.
•    Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
•    Significant experience developing schedules and/or maintenance/production plans.
•    Committed and practical approach to the safety and wellbeing of all staff.
•    Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the team and liaise with all levels of the organisation.
•    Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
•    Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks.
•    Excellent knowledge of refinery operational practices.
•    Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and has an inclusive and open style.

LOCATION

TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant. 
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
