ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about making a real impact? TLEA is currently seeking applications for a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Kwinana plant, working a Monday to Friday roster.
As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities using SAP to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks into the operation schedule.
- Conduct resource planning.
- Schedule maintenance work.
- Identify required parts, resources and services.
- Identify requirements for updates to SAP master data.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve the performance of maintenance activities and equipment.
- Liaise directly with vendors and service providers.
ABOUT YOU
- Five years’ experience in base metal/ore refineries in a maintenance planning capacity.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Significant experience developing maintenance plans and schedules.
- Committed and practical approach to the safety and wellbeing of all staff.
- Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the team and liaise with all levels of theorganisation.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of refinery operational practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and an inclusive and open style.

LOCATION
TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
