TLEA is welcoming applications for 2 full-time Maintenance coordinators to join our team at our Kwinana plant working a continuous shift roster (days only).
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the key between contractors, vendors, Maintenance Supervisors, and Production Coordinators, ensuring maintenance work is well-prepared and executed efficiently. Working closely with Production Coordinators, aligning planned tasks, resolving issues quickly, and keeping the Maintenance Supervisor informed. Regular participation in production and planning meetings is essential to provide updates and support coordination efforts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and provide updates at all production meetings.
- Attend all planning meetings to ensure work can be executed efficiently and effectively.
- Work with Production Coordinators to ensure both planned and unplanned work is organised and prepped for execution.
- Review all incoming notifications with Production Coordinators and Planners to ensure work is organised for efficient execution.
- Responsible for reviewing all priority notifications and converting into work orders as required.
- Be the main conduit between the maintenance and production departments.
- Lead action on break-in work in SAP including planning and organising all resources in consultation with the Maintenance Supervisor to get work executed.
- Organise and follow up contractors, vendors for the supply of materials or resources to execute work (including hiring and off-hire of equipment).
- Provide consistent and physical handover support and continuity between the two shift crews.
- Participate in all shutdown meetings, planning and organisation to ensure all maintenance activities are understood by the maintenance team.
- Support the Supervisor with reporting of events and hazards and participate in workplace investigations or observations as required.
- Ensure compliance to SAP processes for work execution and capture related transactional data into the SAP system, including raising new notifications, support with entering history for all completed works and raising purchase & service reqs for emergent work and rescheduling of works.
- Engaging with vendors to monitor the progress of repairs being undertaken and compliance with the approved scope of work.
- Quality assurance checks to ensure work is completed as per the scope and review invoice submissions.
- Support where applicable with updating work and asset records.
- Assisting where applicable with data support for SAP master data updates.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanical Trade Certificate or Electrical Trade Certificate.
- Relevant maintenance experience in fixed plant processing.
- Experience with supporting and coordinating trades personnel including contractors.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Committed and practical approach to the safety and well-being of all staff.
- Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the team and liaise with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks.
- Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and has an inclusive and open style.
- Sound experience with SAP, MS Office including Word, EXCEL and MS Project.
- Current ‘C’ Class driver's licence.

LOCATION
TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
