ABOUT THE POSITION

TLEA is welcoming applications for a full-time Advisor HSE to join our team, working across our Kwinana plant.
As Advisor HSE, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) systems and processes. You’ll help build a culture focused on minimising harm to people and the environment while contributing to a better cleaner green energy future.

ROLE RESPONSIBILIITES
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving the company’s HSE Management Systems.
• Promote consistent HSE risk management practices across the organisation.
• Provide specialist HSE advice and support for incident investigation and management processes.
• Conduct and coordinate audits, inspections, and legal compliance reviews.
• Deliver projects aimed at improving health, safety and environmental performance.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Analyse and report on HSE performance data and trends.
ABOUT YOU
• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management and Sustainability.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the resources industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Formal training in incident investigation.
• Tertiary qualification in a safety or environmental discipline (desirable).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
• Senior First Aid certification (desirable).

LOCATION
TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
